GamesCom is now over for 2010. Incase you missed it, Newsletter 167 has a nice selection of top trailers and videos from the event in Germany, where first looks, new titles and more were revealed.

Electronic Arts, People Can Fly and Epic Games have announced a new first-person shooter. Bulletstorm tells the story of a futuristic confederation protected by an elite band of mercenaries named Dead Echo. It will launch on PC, XBOX 360 and PS3 in 2011.

Warner Bros. Interactive has officially announced F.E.A.R. 3. The first-person shooter series continues with an all-new, Alma-related storyline. The addition of co-op gameplay is the major new feature. The game will release on PC, XBOX 360 and PS3 towards the end of this year.

Finally, firm details have emerged about The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, with the opening trailer launching last week. The developers CD Projekt revealed it will launch for the PC, as well as the XBOX 360 and PS3. There had of course been previous news of the console-only The Witcher: Rise of The White Wolf [...]

Development studio Starbreeze has halted work on its next game. What game was that? It was the next Bourne title, due to be published by EA. EA has confirmed that no Bourne-related games are on the horizon at present.

We know there are a lot of Test Drive Unlimited 2 fans out there. This year’s sequel will move from the Hawaiian island of Oahu, to the bass-pumping Spanish party island of Ibiza. A more realistic damage model will be featured, with a 24-hour day-night weather cycle, as well as a rumored co-op mode.

Infinity Ward has revealed the date for the highly-anticipated first slice of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 DLC. It will hit the XBOX 360 on the 30th March. The PC and PS3 will get the DLC a few weeks/a month later.
